You can delete your HelthFit HIIT account and all its data at any time. HelthFit HIIT accounts are separate from HelthFit Pro, HelthFit Abs, HelthFit Chest, HelthFit Legs, HelthFit Arms, HelthFit Upper & Lower, HelthFit Yoga, HelthFit Stretching, HelthFit Shoulders, HelthFit Low Impact, HelthFit Back, HelthFit Booty, HelthFit Pilates, HelthFit Walking, HelthFit Calisthenics, HelthFit Dumbbell, HelthFit Bands, HelthFit Kettlebell, HelthFit Boxing and HelthFit Run accounts: deleting one never deletes another.
In the app (fastest): Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password. Everything is removed immediately.
Subscribed to HelthFit HIIT Premium? Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
Choose the app, enter the email of the account and send the request. We email that address a confirmation link (valid 7 days); once you confirm, the account and all its data are deleted within 30 days. Nothing is deleted without that confirmation, and each HelthFit app's account is deleted on its own.
Or email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my HelthFit HIIT account”; it counts as the same request.
Data removed on deletion: your HelthFit HIIT account (email, name, password), your coach choice, what you asked the app to take care of, body weight and logged weights, workout history (including your interval timer sessions), plan progress and subscription record. Workouts that were already added to a connected HelthFit Pro diary stay in that diary; delete them in HelthFit Pro if you wish. See the Privacy Policy.
