You can delete your account and all associated health data at any time.
In the app (fastest): Me → Export or delete → Delete account removes everything immediately. This works with or without an active subscription.
Subscribed through Google Play or the App Store? Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions) so you are not charged again. A web subscription (Stripe) is cancelled when the account is deleted.
Choose the app, enter the email of the account and send the request. We email that address a confirmation link (valid 7 days); once you confirm, the account and all its data are deleted within 30 days. Nothing is deleted without that confirmation, and each HelthFit app's account is deleted on its own. A minimal record (a hashed identifier and the deletion date) is kept so the account can't be silently re-created.
