You can delete your account and all associated health data at any time.
In the app (fastest): More → Delete account removes everything immediately.
Use either route below. We verify ownership of the email address, then delete the account and all health data within 30 days. A minimal record (a hashed identifier and the deletion date) is kept so the account can't be silently re-created.
Or email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”.
Data removed on deletion: profile, meals, daily metrics, measurements, workout plans and sessions, fasting history, progress photos, health-platform connections, care reports. See the Privacy Policy.
